Majority of Democrat Voters Unaware of Kamala Harris' Policies - A Media Research Center Poll Unveils Knowledge Gaps

Majority of Democrat Voters Unaware of Kamala Harris' Policies

A recent poll has revealed that approximately three quarters of Democrat voters are unaware of Kamala Harris' stance on key political issues. The poll was conducted by the Media Research Center.

Survey Findings

The survey found that more than 70% of registered Democrats and Independents either hadn't heard of Harris's position or were unsure about her stance on ten different issues. The poll also revealed that 78% of the voters surveyed were not aware that Harris had supported a fund that helped violent BLM protestors to get bailed out of jail during the 2020 unrest.

Media Influence

The respondents of the survey mainly sourced their news information from ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC. The Media Research Center noted that the knowledge gaps found in their poll suggest that these outlets have failed to report on the radical positions once or perhaps currently supported by the Democratic nominee for President.

Harris's Public Appearances

Harris has not yet given any interviews outlining her stance on key issues. Instead, she has spent her time filming staged exchanges with Tim Walz about their favorite music and other non-substantive matters. In these videos, they discuss 'getting the job done' and 'doing the work' without actually specifying what those tasks entail. During her speech at the DNC, Harris spent a significant portion of her time complaining about the issues plaguing America. This prompted Donald Trump to question why she hasn't done anything to address these issues in the past three and a half years.

Bottom Line

The findings of this poll highlight a significant knowledge gap among Democrat voters regarding the policies and positions of Kamala Harris. It raises questions about the role of media in informing voters and the need for political figures to clearly communicate their stance on key issues. What are your thoughts on this matter? Do you think the media should play a more proactive role in informing voters about the positions of political figures? Share this article with your friends and let's get the conversation started.
